Job summary

Robinsons Appliances Corp. is seeking a highly organized Cashiering Supervisor to oversee daily cashiering operations and ensure accuracy, security, and integrity of all cash and POS transactions.

You will lead the cashiering team and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in cashiering or retail, strong knowledge of cash management and POS operations, and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related course.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in cashiering, retail operations, banking, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, POS operations, and financial controls.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily cashiering operations and cash collections.
• Ensure accurate processing of cash, check, credit card, financing, and other payment transactions.
• Monitor and maintain revolving funds, petty cash, gift certificates, and accountable forms.
• Prepare and submit cashiering reports, bank deposits, and related documentation accurately and on time.
• Lead, coach, and develop Cashiers to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Conduct cashiering audits and internal control checks to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries related to cashiering transactions.
• Identify and mitigate cashiering risks, discrepancies, and irregularities.
• Support store administrative, compliance, and operational requirements as needed.
