Royale Moto Club in South Caloocan, Metro Manila is seeking a customer-focused Cashier / Server for a full-time role. You will take orders, process payments, and deliver food and beverages with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You'll work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accuracy, upsell menu items, uphold hygiene standards, and provide memorable guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food & beverage orders and relay them to kitchen/bar staff.

• Clear tables and keep dining area clean and organized.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashier / Server to join our team at Royale Moto Club on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role in delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests, combining point-of-sale responsibilities with attentive table service. You will be the bridge between our kitchen and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Based in South Caloocan, Metro Manila, you will work in a dynamic environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care for customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicating them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
• Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and confidentiality, processing payments and issuing receipts
• Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation standards are consistently met
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance the guest experience
• Clearing tables promptly and maintaining a clean, organised dining area throughout service
• Handling cash, card transactions, and maintaining a balanced till at the beginning and end of shifts
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests with a positive attitude, resolving issues professionally and escalating concerns when necessary
• Adhering to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
• Collaborating with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Restocking service stations and ensuring supplies are available for efficient operations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a cashier, server, or similar hospitality role in a bar, restaurant, or beverage establishment
• Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including the ability to make recommendations and answer guest questions
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High standards of personal hygiene and grooming
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail when handling transactions
• Preferably, experience in a similar hospitality venue or bar environment would be advantageous
