Job summary

MR-DIY Philippines is seeking a cashier with a solid background in selling and customer service. You will handle payments, operate registers and card terminals, and ensure accurate pricing and receipts at the checkout.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, 1 year of cashiering experience, good communication, computer literacy, and a willingness to work in Abuyog, Leyte.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related 4-year course.
• Background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
• Customer service orientation and good communication skills.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, can work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar industry; computer literate; willing to work in Abuyog Leyte.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math to collect payments and give change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales, and card terminals.
• Balance cash drawer and generate reports for sales.
• Accept payments, confirm prices/quantities, issue receipts.
• Handle exchanges/refunds promptly and maintain checkout area.
