Job summary

ACE Hardware Phils., Inc is seeking a sales-oriented associate to support store operations at SM Nuvali. You will engage customers, drive sales, accompany stock replenishment, and maintain attractive merchandising standards to help reach targets.

You will become familiar with merchandise, USP, features & benefits, and promotions, ensuring accurate pricing, bar-code checks, and timely order fulfillment to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and contributes to achieving the sales targets.
• Performs call and collect duties to ensure orders are fulfilled.
• Actively offers new products, promotions, and own-brand items.
• Familiar with merchandise, USP, features & benefits and their locations.
• Maintains visual merchandising and display standards.
• Replenishes and orders stocks.
• Monitors price events and retagging.
• Randomly checks bar codes.
• Uses stock withdrawals/returns slip.
• Assists in the daily operations of the selling department.
• Willing to be assigned at SM Nuvali.
