Job summary

Toys\"R\"Us Philippines is looking for a customer service-oriented associate to support store operations. You will attend to customer inquiries and complaints, ensure accurate payments, and process transactions according to the selected payment methods.

You will coordinate cash remittance with the Cashier Supervisor-Administration, verify discounts and promotions, and obtain credit approvals for credit sales.

Responsibilities

• Attends to customer inquiries and complaints for immediate action and solution.
• Ensures correct payments of customers either cash or other acceptable forms of payment
• Processes transaction based on the mode of payment by the customer.
• Ensures that cash collections are remitted to the Cashier Supervisor-Administration and tallies with POS readings.
• Ensures discounted items are punched-in properly based on the percentage; discounts and promotions.
• Obtains accurately credit approval for credit sales
