Job summary

Go! Salads in Quezon City is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver friendly service, manage cash transactions, and operate the POS system. You will uphold integrity, handle payments, and assist in day-to-day store operations with the team.

You will set up displays, stock items, welcome guests, and ensure smooth opening/closing shifts. Training is provided; flexibility and honesty are valued traits for this role.

Qualifications

• Must work well independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible/varied schedule to meet business needs.
• Knowledge of POS required; experience preferred.
• Barista knowledge and skills an advantage.
• College graduate of any course; fresh graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and cultural leadership.
• Build strong working relationships with Team Members and other Managers.
• Ensures smooth opening, closing and shift transitions, with critical communication between staff and Departmental Support Center.
• Safeguards company assets including cash, inventory, equipment, and proprietary information.
• Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
• Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording driver’s license number; and operating credit card authorization systems.
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
• Other duties as described.

• Set up Ice Cream Display freezer and Sandwich display chiller
• Replenish displays of ice cream and salad, sandwich pastries pasta, etc.
• Cleaning of workspace
• Assist Barista when needed, assist in dispatching of orders of the customer
• Preparing and serving hot or cold beverages, such as tea and blended coffee; preparing menu food items.
