Job summary

GOSALADS INC. is hiring for a customer-facing role in Laguna, Philippines. The position involves cashiering, POS operation, and assisting in beverage preparation and basic food service. You will set up and replenish display cases and ensure clean, organized workspaces to deliver fast, friendly service.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a college degree is not required for all roles. A flexible schedule is preferred, with opportunities to work across shifts in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible/varied schedule availability to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Cashiering, cash sales reporting.
• Set up Ice Cream Display freezer and Sandwich display chiller.
• Replenish displays of ice cream, salad, sandwich, pastries, pasta, etc.
• Cleaning of workspace.
• Assist Barista when needed and assist in dispatching customer orders.
• Preparing and serving hot or cold beverages, such as tea and blended coffee; preparing menu items.
• Cashiering tasks.

• Provide excellent customer service and cultural leadership
• Build strong working relationships with Team Members and other Managers.
• Ensures smooth opening, closing and shift transitions, with critical communication between staff and Departmental Support Center.
• Safeguards company assets including cash, inventory, equipment, and proprietary information.

• Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
• Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording driver’s license number; and operating credit card authorization systems.
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.

• Cashiering, Cash sales reporting

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must work well independently with minimal supervision or follow-up.
• Flexible/varied schedule availability to meet the needs of the business.

• Knowledge in use of POS required and actual experience
• Barista knowledge and skills an advantage
• College graduate of any course (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with or without work experience)
