Join Our Team as Cashier

Work Location: Onsite at our Taguig Warehouse

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00am to 8:00pm

About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and reliable? We’re looking for a Cashier to manage cash and check collections, ensure timely deposits, and facilitate payments to suppliers and service providers. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth financial transactions and accurate record-keeping.

What You’ll Do

Collection Management

• Receive and safekeep cash and check collections from Sales Team.
• Count and store daily collections in the vault.
• Deposit funds to the bank and maintain proof of deposits.
• Update collection monitoring records and internal systems.

Check Release & Payments

• Notify suppliers, consultants, and other payees when payments are ready for release.
• Oversee check disbursements, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain records of released checks and process bank deposits when needed.

Finance & Administrative Support

• Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval.
• Assist with other finance-related tasks as assigned.

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any business-related course with relevant experience in credit and collection.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A team player with excellent organizational skills.
