All God's Children International - Philippines is seeking a meticulous Cashier to support the Finance Department. You will help ensure accurate processing of cash transactions, liquidations, and statutory payments while maintaining compliant financial records.

You will scan, file, and process cash advances, prepare receipts, and assist with bank transactions and weekly cash counts, reporting to the Senior Finance Officer.

• Deposit unused or returned cash from liquidations into the organization's designated bank account.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the Senior Finance Officer (SFO) or authorized management.

Job Summary

The Cashier provides administrative and operational support to the Finance Department by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of cash transactions, operational funds, liquidations, banking transactions, statutory payments, and financial documentation. The position helps maintain the integrity of financial records while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.

Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Scan,file and process the cash advances.


• Check liquidation reports and supporting documents.


• Prepare, release, liquidate, and maintain records of operational funds.
