Job summary

All God's Children International - Philippines is seeking a meticulous Cashier to support the Finance Department. You will help ensure accurate processing of cash transactions, liquidations, and statutory payments while maintaining compliant financial records.

You will scan, file, and process cash advances, prepare receipts, and assist with bank transactions and weekly cash counts, reporting to the Senior Finance Officer.

Qualifications

• Perform finance task effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the staff.

Responsibilities

• Scan, file and process the cash advances.
• Check liquidation reports and supporting documents.
• Prepare, release, liquidate, and maintain records of operational funds.
• Issue Official Receipts (ORs) or Service Invoices (SIs) for grants, donations, and other cash receipts received by AGCI Philippines.
• Process bank transactions, including deposits and withdrawals as authorized.
• Ensure timely payment of government statutory obligations, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, and BIR remittances.
• Safeguard cash, financial documents, office keys, and other finance-related assets.
• Conduct weekly cash counts of operational funds and additional cash counts as required.
• Deposit unused or returned cash from liquidations into the organization's designated bank account.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the Senior Finance Officer (SFO) or authorized management.
