Job description

Responsibilities

• Collects payments and issues receipts by accepting all payment methods and correctly gives back the exact change to the customer.
• Responsible for counting the contents of the cash register drawer at the end of each shift, maintaining receipts and records, and ensuring a balanced cash drawer.
• Process all returns transactions accurately and efficiently
• Responsible for releasing freebies for particular products and compiling all the monitoring sheets.
• Input accurate sales into the ledger.
• Sending report- sales, deposits, expenses, and promosCounter-check with the accounting dept. for information on online bank transfers/payments received. Attach proof of deposit in the report.
• Check all details of 2307 and attach it to the report.
• Make sure the invoice is written legibly with complete details and information about the item bought (color, serial number, promo discount, and price)

Qualifications

• Are a college grad. or at a college level in any accounting-related course
• Have basic accounting knowledge and skills.
