As a Cash Operations Clerk you will perform cash triage, verify kiosk records against dashboards, maintain meticulous digital logs, report discrepancies, support audits, safeguard assets, and help keep cash flow across offices uninterrupted while contributing to fintech initiatives like

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with accounting courses/units.
0 to 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

Cash triage, processing, and secure handling of large sums of money and checks.
Verify daily kiosk records against dashboards to ensure cash on hand matches digital records.
Encode and maintain daily logs, including daily trigger logs and bank CIV, ensuring accounting policy compliance.
Immediately report and document any variances or financial discrepancies to superiors.
Assist leadership by providing documentation for internal and external auditors.
Adhere to sterile security protocols for cash storage and transport, ensuring zero loss or unauthorized access.
Provide cash management support to other offices when required to keep cash flow stable.
Lead end-to-end processes for initiatives like e-Puhunan and other fintech programs.
