Responsibilities

• Verify cash counts and remittances with accuracy to reflect correct intake.
• Cross-check kiosk records against dashboards to ensure cash on hand matches data.
• Encode and maintain digital logs in line with accounting policies.
• Report any variances or discrepancies to superiors for timely resolution.
• Provide documentation and data evidence for internal and external auditors.
• Follow strict security protocols for cash storage and transport to prevent loss.
• Support cash management activities for other offices when needed.
• Lead end-to-end processes for initiatives like e-Puhunan and fintech programs.
