Job summary

eTap Inc. is a Philippine-based fintech company founded in 2015, leading in Custom Self-Service Transaction Machines & Payments Systems.

We seek a Cash Operations Clerk to help ensure the company’s financial vital signs are accurate and secure, handling cash, reconciliations, and data logs with precision. You will verify kiosk records against dashboards, process cash and checks, and support audits while adhering to strict security protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting course or related to accounting field, provided it includes accounting courses/units.
• 0 to 1 year of working experience.
• Fresh graduates with a high degree of accountability are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, count, and verify large sums of money and checks with precision.
• Verify daily kiosk records against monitoring dashboards to ensure cash on hand matches records.
• Encode and maintain digital logs, including daily trigger logs and bank CIV.
• Report discrepancies to superiors to ensure rapid resolution and policy adherence.
• Assist leadership by providing necessary documentation and data evidence for internal and external auditors.
• Adhere to sterile security protocols for the storage and transport of cash, ensuring zero loss or unauthorized access.
• Provide cash management support to other offices when required, ensuring cash flow never stalls.
• Lead end-to-end processes for specialized initiatives like e-Puhunan and other fintech programs.
