eTap Inc. in Cavite invites applications for a Cash Operations Clerk responsible for accurate cash handling and data integrity in a fast-paced fintech environment. This on-site role focuses on precise cash counting, reconciliation, and secure cash management across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with accounting coursework.
• 0–1 year of working experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• High level of accountability and precision required.

Responsibilities

• Cash triage, processing: receive, sort, count, and verify large sums of money and checks with precision.
• Verify daily kiosk records against dashboards (eTap and ecPay) to ensure cash matches digital records.
• Encode and maintain digital logs (daily trigger logs and bank CIV) with 100% policy compliance.
• Immediately report and document variances or discrepancies to superiors.
• Assist leadership with documentation for internal and external auditors.
• Adhere to sterile security protocols for cash storage and transport to prevent loss.

What you will do

• Cash Triage & Processing:Receive, sort, count, and verify large sums of money and checks with clinical precision, ensuring all remittances match the expected intake.
• Financial Diagnostics:Verify daily kiosk records against monitoring dashboards (eTap and ecPay) to ensure physical cash on hand matches digital records.
• Data Recordkeeping:Encode and maintain high-standard digital logs, including daily trigger logs and bank CIV, ensuring 100% compliance with accounting policies.
• Discrepancy Intervention:Immediately report and document any variances or financial "symptoms" to superiors to ensure rapid resolution and policy adherence.
• Audit Support:Assist leadership by providing necessary documentation and data evidence for internal and external auditors.
• Asset Safeguarding:Adhere to "sterile" security protocols for the storage and transport of cash, ensuring zero loss or unauthorized access.
• Operational Augmentation:Provide cash management support to other offices when required, ensuring the company’s "circulatory system" of cash flow never stalls.
• Special Projects:Lead end-to-end processes for specialized initiatives like e-Puhunan and other innovative fintech programs.
