Job summary

RCBC in Makati is seeking a professional to generate new commercial loans and grow the bank's loan portfolio while maintaining asset quality. The role includes cross-selling other products and delivering proactive account management to meet portfolio growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course; accounting degree is an advantage.
• Experience with cash handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial loans and develop the existing loan portfolio to meet growth and profitability targets.
• Cross-sell bank products and provide professional account management while ensuring asset quality.
• Manage cash-in vault operations including cash deposits, ATM cash loading, outward clearing and reconciliation of bills.

Job Summary

• Generate new commercial loans for the Bank, develop existing loan portfolio, quality, cross-sell the other products/services of the bank and provide professional account management to meet the its portfolio growth and profitability objectives while preserving asset quality' establish, develop and maintain a lasting and mutually beneficial relationship with customers. Market and deliver bank products and services within bounds of Bank policies and governing laws and regulations.

How will you contribute?

• Manages and monitors the cash-in vault, deposit pick-ups, cash cube operations, ATMs cash loading,outward clearing,reconciliation of billings and extended vault transactions.
