Job summary

Robinsons Handyman Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a full-time Cashiering Supervisor to oversee cashiering operations, ensure accurate transactions, and maintain high service standards across the store.

You will train and mentor the cashiering team, enforce cash handling and reconciliation procedures, and collaborate with other departments to maintain efficient store operations. Competitive compensation is offered along with health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail cashiering or supervisory role.
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and coach/mentor others.
• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the cashiering team to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation and reporting procedures are followed.
• Monitor and optimize cashier productivity and performance.
• Investigate and resolve any cashiering discrepancies or customer complaints.
• Collaborate with other store departments to maintain efficient store operations.
• Assist with inventory management and other store-wide tasks as needed.
