Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Management Associate to support our Accounting Department. In this role, you will be responsible for recording and processing payment entries for accounting transactions and assisting with check issuance as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record and input payment entries for financial transactions processed by the Accounting Department.
• Assist with check preparation, printing, and issuance when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–4 years of experience in cash handling, accounting operations, vault management, or banking operations.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, high numerical accuracy, keen attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet strict daily deadlines, and perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
