Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in cash handling, accounting operations, vault management, or banking operations.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, high numerical accuracy, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with accounting software/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Record and input payment entries for financial transactions.
• Assist with check preparation, printing, and issuance when required.
• Ensure payment records and supporting documents are logged, verified, and organized.
• Collaborate with team to resolve payment entry discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
