Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee all POS-related concerns and monitor the station's cash flow.

Responsibilities include submitting reports to Treasury on deposits and concerns, checking variances in deposits, monitoring payments on Credit & Prepaid accounts, summarizing employee deductions, monthly recon, updating Lubes sales, and collating monthly station sales & volume reports.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising POS-related concerns.
• Cash flow monitoring and treasury coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee POS operations and monitoring of the station's cash flow.
• Submit reports to Treasury on deposits and related concerns.
• Check variance between deposits and cash-on-hand reports (DCSIR).
• Monitor payments for Credit & Prepaid accounts.
• Summarize employee deductions not reflected in DCSIR.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and update Lubes sales.
• Collate and update monthly sales and volume reports for stations.
• Review generated reports and address POS-related concerns.

Job description

Over all in charge for supervising of all POS-related concerns and monitoring cash flow of the Station.

• Submission of report to Treasury Department regarding stations' deposit & concern.

• Checking of variance in deposit vs DCSIR cash on hand reports.

• Monitor of payments of Credit & Prepaid accounts.

• Summarize of employee's deduction (charges not reflected on DCSIR).

• Monthly recon & updating Lubes sales.

• Collates & updating of monthly reports of stations sales & volume.

• Checking of generated reports and handling concerns related to POS.

• Summarize reports and concerns related to POS.
