Job summary

LBC Express, Inc. is seeking a Systems Cash Custodian in San Fernando, La Union to oversee daily Cash on Hand reporting for the assigned hub, handling COD cash collections, petty cash, and payables.

The role supports the Systems Cash Analyst Team Leader and Systems Cash Manager in recording and reporting financial transactions. The ideal candidate holds a finance/accounting degree, has at least 1 year of relevant experience, is proficient in MS Office (Excel, PDF conversion), and can work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in cash handling, petty cash monitoring, etc.
• Knowledge in MS Office especially Excel and PDF conversion.
• Ability to communicate with associate counterpart with supervision and with other departments.
• Good intuition and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for reconciling financial data.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Report Cash on Hand daily for the assigned Hub/Team.
• Act as point person for all cash-related matters of the Team (COD cash collections, petty cash, Pay collect funding).
• Assist Systems Cash Analyst Team Leader and Systems Cash Manager in transaction recording and reporting.
