Private Advertiser in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Cash Manager to oversee daily cash operations, staff supervision, and reconciliation. You will ensure accurate processing, safekeeping of funds, and strict adherence to internal controls and security standards in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to senior management, you will lead a Cash Operations team, monitor cash movements, generate timely reports, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in cash operations, cash management, banking operations, treasury, or financial services.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Experience in cash-in-transit, cash processing, cash centers, banking, or armored transport operations is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting systems.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily cash handling, counting, sorting, verification, processing, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure accurate recording and documentation of all cash transactions.
• Monitor cash inflows and outflows and ensure proper safekeeping of funds.
• Ensure all cash operations follow established policies and procedures.
• Investigate cash discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate Cash Officers, Cash Sorters, and other personnel.
