Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Finance Clerk to monitor daily cash flow, manage bank balances, and ensure funds are available for operations. You will prepare vouchers, disbursements, and payment requests, while supporting the budgeting process and cost controls.

You will assist in month-end closings, coordinate with banks, and ensure compliance with internal controls. The role also covers audits, accounts payable/receivable, and confidential financial record filing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow, bank balances, and fund availability.
• Prepare and review vouchers, disbursements, and payment requests.
• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and cost control activities.
• Prepare financial reports such as expense summaries, and variance reports.
• Coordinate with banks regarding deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and financing transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required financial documents.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable in coordination with accounting staff.
• Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of financial records.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting on payroll funding and statutory payments.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
• Knowledge in doing BIR Taxes, PEZA and SEC reports.
