Responsibilities

• Check and process liquidation reports; prepare Cash Disbursement Journal.
• Maintain subsidiary ledgers for cash advances to disbursing officers.
• Prepare notices of liquidation/overdue accounts; maintain ledger cards for supplies and equipment.
• Follow up and verify reports on supplies consumption and equipment issuances.
• Maintain procurement service accounts ledger (payments, deliveries, classifications).
• Assist in depreciation calculations and reconciliations for miscellaneous items in financial books.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree major in Accounting
