Responsibilities include monitoring cash advances, liquidating requests, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance with at least one year of relevant experience. Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in the same field or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in liquidation, accounts payable, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and detail-oriented skills with teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, receive, and review all Cash Advances Requests of processors.
• Liquidate all Cash Advances Requests of processors and direct expenses per job reference.
• Prepare Weekly Unliquidated Report and Monthly Report for Tabs Liquidation.
• Prepare weekly Unliquidated Report and liquidation milestones for management.
• Monitor and liquidate Tabs for and determine amounts billed to truckers.
• Prepare monthly report for Tabs liquidation.
• Monitor ADR per processor via Google Drive.
• Check accountabilities of resigning employees and sign clearance forms.
• Assist as reliever processing and checking accounts payable if needed.
• File all completed liquidation documents.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Purpose

The liquidation staff provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring that all advances paid to employees for processing are settled and/or receipted.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, receive, and review all Cash Advances Request of processors.
• Liquidate all Cash Advances Request of processors per as well as direct expenses per job reference.
• Determine and process refund to or return from processors of the liquidated advances.
• Prepare Weekly Unliquidated Report and Pending Liquidation Milestone for submission to Management.
• Monitor and liquidate Tabs for and determine amounts to be billed to truckers.
• Prepare Monthly Report for Tabs Liquidation.
• Monitor ADR per processor thru Google Drive.
• Check Accountabilities of Resigning Employee and sign on their clearance form.
• Act as a reliever processing and Checking Accounts payable if needed.
• File all completed liquidation.
• Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance related

Experience:
