Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an Accounting Assistant in Legazpi, Albay to perform independent reviews of Cash Hub transactions for internal control. You will handle daily vouching, verification, balancing, and report preparation, ensuring timely outward check clearings to the host branch.

The role requires a BS Accountancy or related degree, willingness to be placed in Legazpi, and good communication skills. Filipino citizenship is required, with opportunities within Enterprise Services Group.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related programs.
• Willing to be assigned in Legazpi, Albay.
• Must be Filipino citizen.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent review of all Cash Hub transactions for internal control.
• Daily vouching, checking signatures, verification and balancing of Cash Hub transactions.
• Prepare reports and file documents; timely submission of outward check clearing reports to host branch/encoding center.
• Conduct monthly surprise cash counts of Cash-in-Vault and Petty Cash Fund as directed.
