Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the branch in its control and compliance functions in line with the Bank's standards and requirements.

The role involves batching and balancing reports, assisting in vouching transactions, preparing outward checks, and reviewing GL reports to ensure policy and regulatory compliance. Fresh graduates with accounting background are welcome to apply and assignment is in Tabaco City, Albay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• At least 18 units of accounting coursework required.
• Proficiency in problem solving, numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Batching and balancing reports against posting media and source documents.
• Support vouching of CASA, TD, GL tickets, and other transaction slips.
• Prepare and maintain processing of outward checks, pass work with GL entries, review GL reports.
