Job summary

Boundless Immigration in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Case Administration Specialist I to manage case onboarding through offboarding, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness as the first defender before case production or legal review.

You will examine documents for compliance, identify gaps, coordinate with PMs and attorneys, maintain secure handling of sensitive information, and stay current with USCIS/DOL notices while using AI tools to organize case data.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative, back-office, case coordination, or document management roles.
• Strong attention to detail with ownership of accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to follow up with PMs, Attorneys, Management, clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage case onboarding: setting up new case files and intake documentation.
• Thoroughly examine submitted data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
• Identify and communicate errors or gaps to PM, Attorney, or other departments in a timely manner.
