Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Banking, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in banking/financial services incl. CASA, deposits, or system integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Admin, IT, or CS.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, validate, and document requirements across CASA and related processes.
• Map current-state and target-state customer journeys and workflows.
• Define integration requirements between core banking and CRM, digital channels, payments, and data systems.
• Prepare interface specifications, data mappings, transformation rules, and reconciliation requirements.
• Support data migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
