The role focuses on CargoWise modules across Forwarding, Customs, Finance and Warehouse, handling tickets in KACE and developing work instructions. The candidate will organize recurring CargoWise tasks, support projects, and provide regular updates while applying strong Excel and Word skills and effective communication with internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 2+ years' experience in CargoWise support functions (Forwarding/Customs/Warehouse/Finance modules).
• Design solutions independently and collaboratively.
• Strong Excel and Word skills in daily work.
• Freight forwarding knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data quality requirements are met.
• Support TMS-related matters with focus on CargoWise areas (Forwarding, Customs, Finance, Warehouse).
• Resolves and coordinates tickets in the customer ticketing system (KACE).
• Develop thorough CargoWise work instructions to guide users and customers.
• Organize and support regular tasks around CargoWise and TMS projects.
• Provide regular project updates and support cross-functional activities as needed.
• Raise tickets with the software provider when required.
• Comply with data quality metrics rules and audits.
• Maintain and edit documentation for support processes and compliance.
