MHI Investment Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sales & Operations Support specialist in the Philippines to coordinate promo fares with Head Office and ensure smooth event preparation for expos and campaigns.

The role requires collaboration with the Sales team, monitoring transfers, and handling documentation for transfers and post-flight duties. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in hospitality with sales background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hospitality industry.
• Sales and ticketing background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional dealings with principals, officers and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft and airline software systems.
• Cargo agent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and negotiate promo fares with Head Office.
• Monitor and assist customer transfers with partners.
• Prepare documents for acceptance and transfers.
• Rebook offloaded shipments via United Cargo online.
• Send uplift confirmations daily.
• Compile documents after flights.
• Update PMC and NOMAD systems.
• Submit flight data to United SYD.
• Communicate with United HQ and hubs for service concerns.
• Support booking finalization and daily shipment monitoring.
• Provide POD to customers daily.
