Job summary

Concierge Care is seeking an energetic Caregiver Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruiting of CNAs, HHAs, and companions. You will source, screen, interview, onboard, and ensure IDPH compliance, maintaining strong candidate relationships across multiple channels.

You will partner with Client Services to anticipate staffing needs, refine metrics, and drive time-to-hire improvements while representing the company at events and in candidate communications.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare/home care.
• Experience managing high-volume caregiver/CNA/HHA pipelines.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and Illinois/Chicago caregiver cert requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with ATS and digital recruitment tools (e.g., Hireology).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, reference & background checks, IDPH compliance and offers.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, fairs, schools, and networks.
• Write, post, and manage compelling caregiver job ads.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and coordinate interviews.
• Collaborate with Client Services/Scheduling to forecast staffing needs and optimize hiring metrics.
• Represent Concierge Care at recruiting events and promote best practices.
