Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own and grow our CARAGA territory across Misamis Oriental, Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Norte, and beyond. The role involves frequent multi-day trips to ensure comprehensive coverage and strong client relationships.

You will meet sales and collection targets, develop new accounts, and promote our brands while maintaining meticulous documentation and care for company tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics or Engineering.
• At least 1–2 years sales experience, preferably field-based.
• Willing to be assigned to the specified areas.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and collection targets through field selling and client negotiations.
• Develop new accounts and revive inactive ones to maximize territory potential.
• Plan and execute coverage, prospecting, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care for company tools and property.
• Build long-term customer relationships and promote FELCO's values and solutions.
