Job summary

OneLot Financing Corporation is hiring a Car Mechanic (Operations Associate) to perform on-site vehicle inspections for financed vehicles and assess their mechanical and structural condition. You will travel across CALABARZON and nearby areas, communicating findings to loan officers and internal teams to support lending decisions.

The role requires a graduate of Automotive Technology with strong automotive knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to document findings accurately while

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology or a related course.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and vehicle inspection.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately document inspection findings.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing and able to travel regularly across CALABARZON/South of Metro Manila/South Luzon, or surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license and own motorcycle or vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections across southern part of Greater Manila and surrounding areas.
• Assess vehicles’ mechanical, structural, and overall condition to identify potential issues.
• Perform diagnostic checks using appropriate automotive tools and equipment.
• Clearly communicate inspection findings to loan officers, clients, and internal teams.
• Collect and organize documents required during loan transactions at dealer locations.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams to support timely loan processing.
• Conduct site visits to new and existing partners as needed.
• Assist with operational errands and other field-based tasks as required.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Car Mechanic (Operations Associate) to help ensure the quality and reliability of vehicles financed by OneLot. You’ll conduct on-site vehicle inspections, assess mechanical and structural condition, identify potential issues, and provide accurate findings to support lending decisions and operations.
