Job summary

OneLot Financing Corporation is seeking a Car Mechanic - North (Operations Associate) to inspect vehicles across Northern Metro Manila and nearby areas. You will perform in-depth inspections using diagnostic equipment, assess mechanical and structural integrity, and report findings to loan officers and clients to support loan transactions.

You’ll travel regularly within Greater Manila/North Luzon, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and help ensure vehicles meet OneLot’s standards for funding

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology or related course.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel regularly across Greater Manila/North of Metro Manila/North Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth car inspections across Northern part of Metro Manila and surrounding areas, assessing mechanical and structural integrity.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment to detect potential issues and ensure the vehicles’ quality.
• Communicate inspection results clearly to loan officers and clients.
• Support loan transactions by collecting documents and performing regular routine checks.
• Assist in site visits to new OneLot partners and support expanding partnerships.
• Assist in administrative tasks to ensure smooth and timely completion of operations.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Car Mechanic - North (Operations Associate) who will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of vehicles that OneLot appraises. In this role, you’ll conduct thorough vehicle inspections across various locations, using advanced automotive technology to diagnose mechanical issues and assess vehicle integrity. Your findings will be key in supporting loan transactions and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You'll help ensure vehicles are in optimal condition and contribute to the success of OneLot’s expanding operations.

What you will do

What we will need

• Graduate of Automotive Technology or related course.
• Preferably with related work experience in vehicle inspections and repairs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing and able to travel regularly across Greater Manila/North of Metro Manila/North Luzon, or surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license and own motorcycle or vehicle is required.
