OneLot Financing Corporation is seeking a Car Mechanic (Operations Associate) to ensure the quality and reliability of vehicles financed by the company. You will conduct on-site inspections across CALABARZON and nearby areas, assess mechanical and structural conditions, and document findings to support lending decisions and operations.

The role suits someone with solid automotive knowledge, ability to work in the field with minimal supervision, and willingness to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology or a related course.
• Relevant work experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and vehicle inspection.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately document inspection findings.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing and able to travel regularly across CALABARZON/South of Metro Manila/South Luzon, or surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license and own motorcycle or vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections across southern Greater Manila and surrounding areas.
• Assess mechanical and structural condition to identify issues.
• Perform diagnostic checks using automotive tools and equipment.
• Clearly communicate findings to loan officers, clients, and internal teams.
• Collect and organize documents for loan transactions at dealer locations.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams to support timely loan processing.
• Conduct site visits to new and existing partners as needed.
• Assist with operational errands and field-based tasks as required.
