OneLot Financing Corporation seeks a Car Mechanic (Operations Associate) to conduct on-site vehicle inspections, assess mechanical condition, and document findings to support lending decisions.

Ideal candidates are Automotive Technology graduates with strong vehicle knowledge, good communication, and the ability to travel regularly across CALABARZON. A valid driver’s license and own motorcycle or vehicle are required, with growth opportunities in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology or a related course.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and vehicle inspection.
• Detail-oriented and able to document inspection findings.
• Able to travel regularly across CALABARZON/South of Metro Manila/South Luzon, or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections across southern part of Greater Manila and surrounding areas.
• Assess vehicles’ mechanical, structural, and overall condition to identify potential issues.
• Perform diagnostic checks using appropriate automotive tools and equipment.
• Clearly communicate inspection findings to loan officers, clients, and internal teams.
• Collect and organize documents required during loan transactions at dealer locations.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams to support timely loan processing.
• Conduct site visits to new and existing partners as needed.
• Assist with operational errands and other field-based tasks as required.
