University of Perpetual Help System Laguna Inc. invites a seasoned campus administrator to lead non-academic operations, facilities management, and major construction at Pueblo De Panay Campus on-site.
You will oversee budgeting and cost control, procurement coordination, compliance with building codes, and executive reporting to the COO, ensuring safe, efficient services while pursuing campus development goals.
Work Location: University of Perpetual Help System - Pueblo De Panay Campus (On-site)
Campus Administration & Support: Oversee day-to-day non-academic operations, supervise non-academic department heads, and ensure efficient support services across the campus.
Campus Development & Construction: Lead major and minor construction, renovation, expansion, and facility improvement projects from scope planning to final turnover.
Facilities & Preventive Maintenance: Establish and monitor systematic repair and maintenance schedules, conduct regular campus inspections, and maintain building safety standards.
Procurement & Resource Management: Coordinate with Procurement, Property, and Finance to ensure asset accountability, timely supply delivery, and optimal resource usage.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor operational and project budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), track expenditures, and prevent cost overruns.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure compliance with statutory rules, local building codes, and institutional policies while minimizing disruption to academic activities.
Executive Reporting: Maintain real-time project dashboards and provide regular operational updates and strategic options to the COO.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or a related field. (Master's/MBA is a strong plus).
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in administrative management, facility operations, and construction project management.
Industry Background: Strong preference for experience in a higher education institution, university setting, or large institutional facility.
Leadership: At least 3-5 years in a supervisory/managerial role overseeing cross-functional teams and external contractors.
Core Skills: Excellent budgeting/financial literacy, contract management, regulatory compliance knowledge, and strong executive communication skills.
