Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting or executing email, CRM, or marketing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of SQL; Oracle/PL-SQL is a plus.
• Experience in a technical operations, campaign operations, marketing operations, application support, implementation, or client delivery environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working directly with clients, customers, or business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities and take ownership.
• Strong English communication skills for working with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute email and marketing campaigns from setup to delivery.
• Query, validate, and troubleshoot data with SQL and relational databases.
• Manage campaign inputs, data feeds, file transfers, segmentation, and delivery needs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requests into deliverables.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
• Perform quality checks to ensure campaigns and data accuracy before delivery.
• Manage client requests, incidents, and priorities within SLAs.
• Take ownership and know when to escalate to technical resources.
• Collaborate across technology, data, operations, and client delivery teams.
