Kodland is a fast-growing international digital school helping kids and teens unlock creativity through coding, design, and digital media. We’re seeking passionate tutors to join our remote team and inspire the next generation of creators worldwide.

This fully remote role requires UK-hours availability (afternoons/evenings weekdays and mornings weekends). You will deliver engaging online classes using provided scripts, track progress, and contribute ideas while developing your teaching skills

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in teaching children and teens.
• Knowledge of basic 3D principles (modeling, perspective, rendering).
• Familiar with graphic tools: Photoshop, Photopea, Figma, Canva.
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week during GMT time slots.

About the Role

Kodland is a fast-growing international digital school on a mission to help kids and teens unlock their creativity through coding, design, and digital skills. Thousands of students worldwide have already built their first websites, games, and digital projects with our support — and now we’re looking for passionate tutors to join us.

Are you passionate about digital creativity — from design and graphics to animation and 3D modeling? Do you enjoy sharing knowledge and inspiring kids to express themselves through digital media? This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you’re available during UK teaching hours (afternoons/evenings on weekdays and mornings on weekends).

• Develop your own teaching skills with guidance from experienced Kodland mentors.


• Track student progress, celebrate achievements, and provide guidance throughout their learning journey.


• Share lesson feedback and contribute creative ideas to improve the learning experience.


• Participate in mock lessons, training, and community events to enhance your skills and connect with other tutors.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic 3D principles (modeling, perspective, rendering).

• Familiarity with graphic tools (Photoshop, Photopea, Figma, Canva).


• A Passion for teaching children and teenagers.


• Availability for at least 10 hours per week during: Weekdays: 3–9 pm GMT Weekends: 9 am–7 pm GMT


• Tech setup: stable internet (min 20 Mbps), webcam, headset, and quiet workspace.

Bonus: Background in design education, Tinkercad, or animation tools.
