Caldwell Communications is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent service across different channels depending on the assigned account.

The role requires 18+ years old, a High School Graduate (or ALS) and welcomes College fresh graduates and undergraduates. Onsite work in Metro Manila with shifting schedules; medical insurance available upon regularization and other benefits apply.

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate.
