Job summary

TASQ in Makati is seeking Call Center Agents to join a fast-growing account. You will deliver exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving, and customer profiling.

Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolving issues with first-call resolution; maintaining records; collaborating with the team to improve processes; and proactively enhancing the customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• Must have at least 1 month of international voice BPO experience OR 1 year of local/non-voice BPO experience.
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English.
