Job summary

Global Coordination Center Ltd. in Davao City is seeking a sales-focused professional to handle inbound/outbound customer interactions, primarily during night shifts, on-site at our Bajada location.

You will resolve inquiries, provide product information, and maintain detailed CRM records while aiming to meet targets and deliver exceptional service. Join a collaborative team with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion in a fast-growing outsourcing operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven sales experience, preferably in BPO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a clear American accent.
• Able to work both night and day shifts and meet targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve inquiries using approved workflows and capture details in CRM.
• Meet service level targets for response, resolution, and satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products/services to clients.
• Record all sales activities in the CRM and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve company objectives.

Location

Unit No 105 and 106, 10th Floor, Landco Corporate Center - PDCP, JP Laurel Ave. Bajada Barangay 19B (Pob) Davao City , Daval Del Sur 8000

8:00 pm to 5:00 am (Night Shift) Monday to Saturday

Work Setup:

Full-time onsite

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, or chat channels.
• Resolve inquiries using structured problem-solving methods and approved workflows.
• Meet defined service level targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and timely information about our products/services to clients.
• Handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Keep detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
• Adhere to compliance, data protection, and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (prior experience in BPO is a plus).
• Excellent written andverbal communication skills with a clear American accent.
• Can donight shifts and day shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Highly motivated and target driven.
