Job summary

But First, Coffee Inc. is seeking a proactive Branch Supervisor for LAX by But First, Coffee - Las Piñas to oversee daily cafe operations and support the branch team.

You will prepare beverages to standard, ensure excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness and safety, manage cash and inventory, train staff, and help drive sales while upholding company policies and quality standards. Flexibility with schedule, including weekends, and residence in or near Las Piñas is preferred to support

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a cafe, restaurant, or food and beverage establishment.
• Knowledgeable in cafe and branch operations including customer service, cash handling, inventory, and food safety.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation with emphasis on consistent quality.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays; preferably reside in Las Piñas or nearby areas.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cafe operations and staff activities.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other menu items to company standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns.
• Monitor beverage quality, product presentation, inventory, and supplies.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, POS systems, and other cafe equipment.
• Train, coach, and support staff in service standards and barista procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the cafe.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Support sales targets and promote products and special offers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operating procedures.
