But First Coffee Inc. in Las Piñas is seeking a proactive Branch Supervisor to oversee daily café operations for LAX by But First, Coffee.

You will lead and support the branch team, ensure excellent customer service and beverage quality, and help maintain food safety and operational standards. This role blends hands-on barista responsibilities with people leadership, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering a seamless cafe experience while driving branch

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or F&B establishment.
• Knowledgeable in café and branch operations, including customer service, barista operations, inventory management, sales reporting, and food safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation, with ability to maintain product quality and presentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays; preferably reside in Las Piñas or nearby areas.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cafe operations and staff activities.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other menu items to company standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor beverage quality, product presentation, inventory, and supplies.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, POS systems, and other cafe equipment.
• Train, coach, and support staff in service standards and barista procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the cafe.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Support sales targets and promote products and special offers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operating procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to meet business requirements.
