Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• With Safety Officer Background
• Has COSH Certification
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and regulations

Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in planning, design, and project implementation
• Record data, prepare reports, and update project progress
• Conduct site inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Learn tools, systems, and engineering processes
• Ensure all construction works are executed in accordance with APPROVED plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Check materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineers
• Resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with the design and planning team
• Use software such as AutoCAD, Excel, or other engineering tools
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports
• Document and report issues, delays, and discrepancies to the Project Manager
• Assist in planning and scheduling tasks
• Communicate with team members, contractors, and other departments
