Job summary

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm


• Location: Nearest MRT One North


• 1 year contract (extendable)


• Salary up to $4.8k + Completion bonus

Job Scope

• Conduct site inspections and space validation to verify room layouts, equipment locations, and space utilization


• Review, update, and coordinate CAD drawings, floor plans, and layout documentation to ensure accuracy


• Collect, validate, and maintain space and room data for Archibus/SIMS system implementation


• Work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve data or drawing discrepancies


• Support project documentation, progress tracking, and data quality checks to ensure timely and accurate project delivery

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Built Environment, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related discipline


• Experience with AutoCAD and reviewing or updating technical drawings, floor plans, or layouts will be an advantage


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general document management


• Experience in construction and interior design is a plus!
