Team Global Facility Solutions Inc. in Pasay City is seeking a CAD Operator/Draftsman to translate architectural concepts into precise technical drawings for construction and facility planning.

You will work with architects, engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role requires advanced AutoCAD skills, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with BIM, 3D modelling, and building codes.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections and construction documents using CAD software
• Convert sketches and verbal instructions into accurate technical drawings
• Maintain and update drawing files; ensure proper labeling and archiving
• Incorporate design changes promptly across project documentation
• Verify drawing accuracy and completeness before client/submission to regulators
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to resolve drawing issues
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes and drafting protocols
• Prepare drawing packages for tender submissions and construction bidding
