Qualifications

• Strong technical design skills for 2D/3D drawings and layouts.
• Ability to interrogate and manipulate existing CAD drawings.
• Practical mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Commercial awareness to balance cost and quality.

Responsibilities

• Produce 2D CAD drawings for bespoke partitioning solutions.
• Produce documentation for client review and approval.
• Create general arrangement/setting out drawings for site use.
• Establish dimensions/quantities from existing drawings.
• Produce drawings for fabrication of components.
• Create desktop designs for standard products with supplier adaptation.
• Generate Bills of Materials/Fixings schedules from drawings.
• Revise drawings after client reviews and engineer input.
• Support project bid phase with concept drawings/mock-ups.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers and sales to clarify requirements.
