Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture or Drafting.
• Experience in construction projects, especially infrastructure and powerplants.
• Proficient in CAD drafting and detailed drawings.
• Knowledge of surveying drafting is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Create drawings of construction plans from base maps and data.
• Prepare detailed drawings for construction and alteration of buildings, utilities and structures.
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure no conflicts with plans.
• Update as-built drawings with new data using CAD.
• Ensure latest drawing revision and proper drawing numbering.
• Archive and organize old drawings for future reference.
